Qualifications for Eligibility: As much as we appreciate all
of our Veterans, constraints on timeshare availability, funds,
and staff necessitate we limit our program to include only veterans
of the United States Armed Forces who have proof of discharge that
is not dishonorable.

I am medically fit to participate in the Freedom R & R´s
with Timeshares for Vets program and to undertake the travel that
will be required.
By applying for the Freedom R & R´s with Timeshares for
Vets program, I agree that neither The ATFT Foundation (ATFTF)
and its affiliates, nor any volunteer coach, mentor, or trauma
specialist who participates in the program shall have any responsibility
or liability for any aspect or outcome of the arrangement.
I also agree the owner of the Timeshare Unit that I will occupy
shall have no responsibility and no liability for any aspect or
outcome of the arrangement.

Terms and Conditions
The ATFT Foundation (ATFTF) is committed to the maintenance of
your privacy, and will not disclose any information collected at
this site. ATFTF will not make your name, street address, phone
number or email address available to the public. Pertinent contact
information will only be released to parties involved in the vacation
transaction, and are to be kept private by both parties involved.
ATFTF is a nonprofit charitable organization that assists veterans
and others in recovering from the effects of physical and emotional
traumas. All participants in this timeshare arrangement agree to
hold the ATFTF and its´ officers, members, volunteers and
affiliates harmless (not liable) for any problems that may arise
as a result of use of the timeshare or self-help materials and
mentoring or coaching provided.
If a dispute arises out of or relates to this contract, or the
breach thereof, and if the dispute cannot be settled through negotiation,
the parties agree first to try in good faith to settle the dispute
by mediation administered by the American Arbitration Association
under its Commercial Mediation Procedures before resorting to arbitration,
litigation, or some other dispute resolution procedure. If they
do not reach such solution within a period of 60 days, then, upon
notice by either party to the other, all disputes, claims, questions,
or differences shall be finally settled by arbitration administered
by the American Arbitration Association in accordance with the
provisions of its Commercial Arbitration Rules. Acceptance of these
terms and conditions as herein set forth, is considered to be an
acceptance by all donors and participants as consent to submit
any and all disputes to the jurisdiction of Riverside County, California,
United States of America, and that said agreement shall be governed
exclusively by the laws of the California, United States of America.
